Cancellation & Refund Policy Rahel Brügger – Solution-Focused Art Therapy Mosegaardsvej 1 2820 Gentofte Denmark Individual Sessions Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a missed appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged. Payment for individual therapy sessions is due immediately after each session and can be made via MobilePay, unless otherwise agreed in advance. If I need to cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible, any payment already made will be refunded in full. Packages and Multi-Session Programs If you have purchased a package of sessions, unused sessions may be rescheduled according to the cancellation policy above. Refunds for partially used packages are generally not provided once the package has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Courses, Workshops and Group Events Cancellation by Participants * More than 30 days before the event: Full refund. * 14–30 days before the event: 50% refund. * Less than 14 days before the event: No refund. Participants may transfer their place to another person if agreed in advance. Cancellation by the Organiser If a course or workshop is cancelled by the organiser, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future event. Online Sessions and Events Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment. If technical difficulties on my side prevent a session or event from taking place, an alternative appointment will be offered or a full refund will be provided. Artwork Purchases Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the artwork arrives damaged or incorrect. Custom commissions and personalised artworks are non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible and typically within 14 business days.
