Art Therapy helps you explore personal challenges in a nonverbal, embodied way. Painting relaxes and calms the nervous system while keeping you active and engaged. It’s about the impression your painting creates, not a literal expression of feelings. Insights and creative solutions emerge naturally when you give yourself space to explore.

Sessions of 60 or 90 minutes 

All sessions take place either online or in my calm and colorful therapy space in Copenhagen (Vangede, Gentofte).

The sessions are available in English or German.
