Refund and Cancellation Policy – Solution-Focused Art Therapy
1. Session Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a therapy session or workshop at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to the full session cost.

Exceptions can be made in cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances upon prior communication.
2. Online Bookings and Prepaid Sessions

For online bookings paid in advance, refunds are available only if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If a session is canceled late or missed without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
3. Workshops and Courses

Refunds for multi-session workshops or courses are available only for the remaining sessions, provided advance notice is given.

If a workshop is canceled by Solution-Focused Art Therapy, full refunds will be issued.
4. Artworks and Products

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to replace or refund the artwork.
5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the discretion of Solution-Focused Art Therapy.
