Refund and Cancellation Policy – Solution-Focused Art Therapy

 

1. Session Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a therapy session or workshop at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equal to the full session cost.

  • Exceptions can be made in cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances upon prior communication.

 

2. Online Bookings and Prepaid Sessions

  • For online bookings paid in advance, refunds are available only if a session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • If a session is canceled late or missed without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

 

3. Workshops and Courses

  • Refunds for multi-session workshops or courses are available only for the remaining sessions, provided advance notice is given.

  • If a workshop is canceled by Solution-Focused Art Therapy, full refunds will be issued.

 

4. Artworks and Products

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If an artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping provider to replace or refund the artwork.

 

5. Exceptions

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds or rescheduling may be granted at the discretion of Solution-Focused Art Therapy.
