Art Therapy and Psychotherapy for
Children and Teenagers
in Copenhagen, Gentofte

Children and teenagers often feel emotions with great intensity, yet finding the words to explain what’s happening inside can be difficult. Art therapy provides a safe, creative, and non-verbal way for young people to process feelings and experiences that may otherwise remain unspoken.
Whether your child is navigating stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, or the challenges of ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodiversity, art becomes a language of its own. Through painting, your child can express what words cannot express, building a bridge between the inner world and the outside one.
In my Copenhagen studio in Vangede, Gentofte — or in carefully guided online sessions — your child is supported step by step using paint and paper to explore their own resources and gain resilience.
This gentle process helps release stress, regulate emotions, and restore a sense of balance — all without the pressure to “talk it all out.”
"I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that."
