Art therapy offers a safe, creative space for anyone experiencing emotional overwhelm, mental health challenges, or the weight of lived experiences. Whether you’re seeking in-person sessions in Copenhagen or prefer working online, this process-focused therapy supports healing without the pressure of finding the “right words.”

In our sessions, you’ll be guided to translate your experiences into visual images — no prior art skills required. Feelings and stress responses are given a non-verbal, “fear-free” form through metaphor-based images. As these inner pictures take shape on paper, their intensity softens. Emotions shift, your nervous system calms, and a renewed sense of clarity and hope begins to emerge.

I offer Art Therapy for Children, Teenagers and Adults from age 5 to 99.
