Rahel Brügger _ Art Therapist and Psycho

My Passion & Mission

I am a trained and licensed art therapist (IHK, Switzerland) with additional certification in Solution-Focused Art Therapy (LOM®). In Denmark I am also working as a registered Psychotherapist MPF.

 

I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and creative, non-verbal therapeutic support for both children and adults.

 

My professional experience includes: Psychiatric services, special education schools, palliative care centers, and refugee programs with special focus on trauma, anxiety, ADHD, autism, burnout, and grief.

My passion and focus is to bring restoration and hope through creativity.

 

Being a very visual person, I personally find that art therapy offers a powerful way to visualize and therefore experince a stress relief and calmness. To support and accompany my clients on their personal journeys and see them better cope with their life challenges is a huge priviledge for me.

 

After all, "we paint the way we live."
