I finished this painting just in time before the tornado sirens started. Somehow, it mirrors the weather outside, even though I originally began it with the “river of life” in mind. Sometimes smooth, sometimes interrupted and torn, our lives unfold mostly unplanned. Yet, whatever is happening outside, your inner life can remain calm and peaceful if you rest in the One, who holds everything in His hands.
